This hotel is located in the heart of the city, just near major tourist attractions and in a bustling market area. The prices are value for money, and the attention to detail is commendable. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable twin beds joined together in the evening. Additionally, the complementary breakfast, included in our package, was a delightful mix of North Indian and South Indian dishes.

All was well and satisfactory.

The staff made every attempt to be so helpful. The wifi connection has to be verified with a cell phone and being on an extended trip from Canada we did not have one so the front staff were wonderful assisting us. The beds were so comfortable that we had our best night sleep in many weeks. The location is good if you are going out of the Secunderabad train station but otherwise it is not central to any of the tourist attractions. The one great location item is that the famous paradise restaurant only a short walk away.

Unfortuantely there is much street garbage around the hotel decreasing it's attraction for western travellers.

Breakfast and comfort could not be better. Walking distance to Paradise Restaurant, where you can have lunch.

The staff here was really friendly and the bed was comfortable, and it was a nice surprise to have a twin bed. Additionally, there were popular places like Sanjeevaiah Park nearby.

Location

Hotel is not up-to the commitments as mentioned on website. Breakfast was disappointing.Basics were missing like bed side table and lamp was only side of the bed. Pen and pad was not available. Staff is not aware of availability of the things. Kitchen is not well stocked.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and retail shops, making it easy for families with children to travel. It is also close to the Paradise area and offers a beautiful view of the lake. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly, providing good service. The breakfast buffet is limited but sufficient, and the hotel offers facilities such as a dispenser in the shower area.

The hotel staff had difficulty handling a full hotel and were unprepared for certain situations.

Very worst hotel ever.....very untidy, no wi-fi, no hot water.

Spent Christmas in this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is located near the train station and a shopping center, which was convenient. The buffet breakfast had many options and was tasty.

The hotel lacked Christmas decorations, which resulted in a lack of festive ambiance. the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected.

We had a great weekend stay at this hotel! the rooms were clean and tidy, providing us with a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to major attractions and easily accessible. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. The hotel could use some renovations as the paint was peeling off and the corridors appeared a bit run down.

Great Hotel with Excellent Facilities

We recently stayed at a hotel in Secunderabad and had a fantastic experience. The hotel, located on a main road, was centrally located and easy to find. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering all the amenities we needed, including AC, 24-hour hot water, satellite TV. The plush interiors added a touch of luxury to our stay.
